Below, you'll find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. If you need further assistance, we’re always happy to help—just let us know!

Overview Questions

  • To open an account you must fill out our online application at www.hookerfurniture.com/dealer-create-account.inc.

  • We are pleased to accept COM (Customer’s Own Material) for the following brands: HF Custom, Bradington-Young, M, and Sunset West. To proceed, please complete the COM forms and provide a small fabric cutting for review. Please note, we reserve the right to decline any COM materials.

  • You'll need to complete both the COC and COM forms for that division and submit them along with a physical fabric swatch.

    We’re no longer able to accept photos, as the physical sample is necessary to assess thickness and texture, and to help accurately identify the fabric upon arrival.

  • Once your account is established, you will have access to login and view pricing and availability.

  • You can find all warranty information under the Customer Service tab under Resources.

Order Questions

  • To place an order, log into your account and browse for the desired item. Once you've selected the item, add it to your cart and proceed with the checkout process.

  • Log in to HookerFurniture.com and navigate to "Order Status" to track your order. Here’s what each status means:

    • Open – In production or being pulled

    • Allocated – Stock is reserved for your order

    • Released – Sent to shipping for scheduling

    • Invoiced – Order has shipped

  • The easiest way to find freight charges is to log into your account, add the item(s) to your cart, and begin the checkout process. At that stage, you'll be able to view available freight and delivery options along with the associated costs.

  • You can log in to check your order status at any time. Please do not rely on the date shown, as it is only a placeholder and not an accurate ship date.

    Here’s what each order status means:

    • Open – Your order is in production

    • Allocated – Your item has been assigned to your order and is being held for shipment

    • Released – Your order has been released to the shipping department for scheduling

    • Invoiced – Your order has been invoiced and shipped

  • Please make sure to inform us of any important deadlines, events, or installations at the time the order is placed and again when you’re about three weeks out. Shipping typically takes up to two weeks, so this ensures we can do our best to meet your timeline.

  • Please send detailed photos for the damaged pieces to hfclaims@hookerfurniture.com 

    • Original SO / Invoice Number.

    • Verify the item's SKU number.

    • Photos of the issue, including zoomed photos, overall photos, production label photos and carton photos.

    • A brief description of the issue you're experiencing.

    If your claim can be repaired locally, please include the quote.

Bradington-Young Questions

  • The Luxe for Living collection features a 2.5" removable foot.

    The Raiden’s overall height without the feet is approximately 35.5".

  • Back and arm options are not available for this piece—only leg styles can be customized. However, some collections within the line do feature solid backs.

  • Yes, Bradington-Young does offer Swivel Glider Recliners. You can find these within the 7000 Series under the “Swivel Wallhugger” category. Please note that when you add the swivel or swivel glider mechanism, the wallhugger functionality is no longer available.

  • We are now only excepting LEATHER on all Bradington-Young products.

    Fabric or COM is no longer accepted. (4/1/26)

HF Custom Questions

  • Loft Living offers exceptional versatility, featuring five arm styles, two back options, two leg styles, and a selection of 36 configurable pieces—all available in hundreds of fabric choices.

  • For HF Legacy frames, throw pillows may be specified in fabrics up to Grade ZZ at no additional charge.

    For new Hooker Custom Upholstery frames, throw pillows are offered in the body fabric only. Additional pillows may be purchased in alternate fabrics.

Hooker Furniture Questions

  • Visit www.hookerfurniture.com and log into your account. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your pricing, check product availability, and add items to your cart.

  • If the item is in stock, it typically ships within 1–2 weeks.

    If the item is out of stock in the U.S. but available in Vietnam, it generally arrives stateside within 60–90 days.

  • No, all Hooker Furniture items are manufactured overseas, and we are unable to accommodate custom fabrics or COM on these pieces. For customizable options, please refer to HF Custom, Bradington-Young, or M.
