  • What qualifies you for hanging samples?

    • $30K combined fabric and leather ANNUALLY

    • $10,000 buy-in on new introductions - April 2025 or later

    Quick Ship Qualifications:

    • 6 Quick Ship chairs or swivels

    • Minimum 3 unique styles

    • Clarification: Final determination is 6 chairs using at least 3 unique styles.

      If a dealer purchased 6 of one style, please note it on the sheet for review.

  • A 3% processing fee has now been implemented for all orders, whether placed online or submitted manually. This fee will appear as a separate line item on your invoice.

    To avoid the processing fee, you can either pay with a debit card during online checkout or you may NOW select ACH payment and submit all your information under the order.

  • PRICING & ORDERING:

    With your login credentials, you will have access to real-time stock availability, pricing, and the ability to place orders online.

    We do ask that all orders be submitted through the website. If you experience any issues or need assistance with the process, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help.

    CUSTOMER SERVICE:
    All customer service questions can also be directed to me.  I try to get everything turned around as quickly as possible. 

    SHIPPING:

    You should be set up with our Prepaid Freight Program through Sunbelt. We do offer drop ship capabilities — simply select that option at checkout. White Glove delivery is also available; however, we do not recommend it, as we’ve experienced ongoing service issues and a higher incidence of damage.

    Once your order has shipped you may contact Sunbelt directly with your SO# for tracking.  We are unable to track your shipment once it has left our facility.

  • CLAIMS:

    Please note the following information is needed to process your claim efficiently.

    • Original SO / Invoice Number.

    • Provide the SKU number.

    • Photos of the issue, including zoomed photos, overall photos, production label photos and carton photos. These must be from your receiver upon receipt of product from the freight carrier. (can't except claims of damage after the product is in the client home)

    • A brief description of the issue 

    All claims need to be filed within 5 days of receipt and send to me at HFChicagoRep@gmail.com.

    If you are receiving a REPLACEMENT, we must have a donation slip within 60 days in order to receive your Credit Memo.

    We DO NOT accept returns.
